Justifications
1. Why we choose healthcare and mobile government in relation with iN2015?
As healthcare plays an important role in the society, by ensuring each of the individual benefits from good health, the workplace with its employees and customers is protected with good health-care, the community is protected from contagious disease and the loss of tax revenue from illnesses, and our national security is threatened when our nation suffers from a lack of good health. With the help of iN2015 in healthcare, here are the benefits that it can provide:
Mobile government is the intensive use of mobile technologies and devices in connection with the government. This includes the usage of mobile devices such as laptops, phones (wireless networks) This is one of the strategies that the government carry out to improve in the healthcare industry. This bring benefits as it help public information and government services anytime and anywhere, it brings convenience to everyone! For example will be, sending mass alert via registered residents.
Hence, this two factors can be linked such that when technology is more advanced now, more things are implemented. For example, the new e-kiosk that is available in polyclinics that enables patients to make payment via nets without waiting in the long queue just to pay for your consultation. This save more time as they do not have to join in the long queue. For example, when you are at the hospital for an appointment, and you go off for a meal, when your number is coming up, you will receive a text message that would say that there are 3 people in front of you and the waiting time. The mass messages to remind one for their upcoming appointment or even their turn to meet the doctor. This means lesser time is spent waiting in the hospitals! Mobile government also helps with reminding the patients of their appointments so that they would not forget. Which is good because in our busy life, we tend to forget certain things like appointments and things that are not in our schedule.
2. Why we choose the artefacts?
Artefacts help us and the viewers to understand better on how is healthcare and mobile government relates to one another. For instance, the videos and pictures that depicts on healthcare and mobile government would give us a better understanding on how it is in relation to one another. Seeing is believing hence, with pictures that we include in, it will create a greater understanding to people who is reading it. Artefacts like videos of professional interviews regarding how healthcare and mobile government can relate to each other is an evidence that this is being carried out by the government. On top of that, we also included applications that can be found in “playstore” or “Appstore” which is convenient for users to use it. For example, they can check their diet using the app. Also, an app specifically for women where you can estimate your delivery date, keep track with your menstruation period etc.
Team analysis
1) Well most of our information was from the internet and when we looked for our information we tried to find it from government websites. If it wasn’t, we would try to see if it was related to our topic which was healthcare and mobile government. Some information might not be from Singapore however it still links to what we are doing in healthcare which is to make it faster for the citizens by using technology. We made sure what we found was also relevant and if it was pictures we would see if we can find it at that place as well. We tried searching just by internet but our approach was not very broad but after one week, we were able to find other things like apps.
2) For the first week, we did not get much information from our peers on how to improve our website but our facilitator did help us if we were on track because it was our first big presentation. On the second week, we had to do the evaluation checklist and our peers helped us on how we suppose to make it look better. It helped us find more information and If the information we had was relevant or not. We made our website more pleasant without so much information that was cluttered and had more pictures to make it more interesting.

For the past 3 weeks, I have learnt how to use weebly to create websites and applying IAIA skills and concepts that i have learnt from P1 to P11 and use it to analyse the Driving questions and express my point of view and share to my teammates. I will need to have a better understanding on what is the artefacts about.and the information of the topic. With this concept, i will be able to develop an E-portfolio. Furthermore, through this practices that i have know, i can be able to use this for future analyses.
The qualities that i required now that is crucial to being a successful professional in my field is i am able to manage time thus i can be able to finish my work on time. Moreover, team cooperation is also important as it develops us to build good communications skills and broaden our knowledge.

During the 3 weeks, i learnt new things while preparing for this project with my teammates. Apart from teamwork, having to manage our time wisely is essential. Time management would be useful not only when working in team but it will be benefits us when we start working life. On top of that, i am can work slightly better under pressure. I felt that sometimes a little pressure is good as it keep us going rather than procrastinate and get nothing done. Along the way, comments made from my classmates regarding our work helps my team and I to improve ourselves. We should be open to whatever feedbacks that people have on our work positively. In terms of confidence, i manage to build it over time with the amount of presentation that i did in class. It is also a preparation for me so that when there comes a time where i have to face a larger crowds where i barely know anyone, i’ll be able to handle it smoothly. Above it all, this project create awareness on what this iN2015 is about. I would not know whatever that i have found out without this project hahahahahahahahahh

The popplet that we did help us to plot what the next steps we going to do. We did some research on information and artefact about health care. Summarise and asked some of our peers to do the evaluation checklist on our website. This helps us to know how far we are doing. We interview some of the classmate to ask their opinions regarding the iN2015. To know whether it is beneficial to them.
The evaluation checklist helps us to know whether there are things we need to improve on. After reading the feedbacks, we need to improve on our layout. Gotten a lot of feedback saying our website is to plain and need to add more artefacts.

1) I am able to manage my time, be innovative and work under pressure. After this project, I have found out that time management is crucial and that procrastinating is not an option anymore and that if you do procrastinate, you are just giving yourself a harder time. Being innovative is that I am able to find ways to make my work original and outstand from the rest. As for working under pressure, if I were to be professional, there would be a lot of things to do and I cannot break down. After learning how to work under pressure I finally know how it would be like when managers and bosses give me a lot of work and how I should cope when this happens
2) Well, I need to be more confident in my speaking and also not be afraid to speak if I am wrong because it is the learning process. Behaving on the other hand, I need to be more feminine and also act more like an adult and settle thing the way an adult would. I would have to stop cursing and not be like a spoilt brat when I do not get my way.

For the 3 weeks that I have been doing this iN2015 project, I have gain more in depth about iN2015 as to what sector that it could improve on the use of technology. In the past, I have no idea as to what iN2015 is and what benefits it could do to Singapore but now I know that it can reduce time wastage, save cost and most importantly having a better environment. As my group, we are doing about healthcare and mobile government and how both of them can co-relate. My part was to find applications which is collaborated and produce by the government to help the healthcare section whereby users who download the apps is able to book appointment, check the locations and operating hours of the hospital and polyclinics. Through this project I know that technology can enhance the productivity and better our health care facilities.
